While the Soviets saw that they kepted losing tanks left and right, they were still veary easily replaceable. Why make good expensive tanks, when you can make lots of cheap ones that only last 6 months with the expectation it will get destroyed before that? Those tanks were however easy to make and mass produced by the thousands. I think that is more because of how the event was set up? While T-34 were pretty bad as tank in terms of general survivability. Guess what? Nobody played as the Soviets. It was Tiger, Panther and Ferdinand vs T-34 76s and the odd T-34 57. They've tried historical events in the past, the Kursk event comes to mind.

I for myself noticed that after the implement of the "new era tanks" the "old era tanks" have a really hard way to play. There are tanks from "modern" age like from 1950 or 1971 against tank from 1944/1945.Įxample: I had several plays as Panther A, F or G against a Centurion MK 10. I just wanna know what you think about that.
